Sterlings is actively seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our client a European Fintech experiencing rapid growth in the Dach region.
Building on their remarkable success this year, they are eager to onboard an SDR representative for their Munich office, with the goal of expanding operations and strengthening their presence throughout the DACH region.
Responsibilities:
· Engage in outbound sales activities to acquire new business/clients.
· Take ownership of managing your schedule, prospects, and outreach methods to meet quarterly meeting targets.
· Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a robust pipeline of meetings and consistently updating our in-house CRM.
· Present products or services in a structured, professional manner.
· Serve as a brand ambassador, possessing comprehensive product knowledge, and actively participate in our internal feedback loop to stay responsive to market demands.
Salary: €28,000 - €35,000
