A Bank in the City of London is currently seeking a German speaking, Application Support Analyst to help support multiple applications across Back Office systems.
The Application support person will be responsible for BAU /Triage, 1st /2nd line support to ensure high availability of supported applications for internal and external customers. The team also manage upgrades / patching to ensure supported software is in place.

This position will own delivery of Production Application Support services to the Fixed Income Business, leveraging ITIL service management principles of Event, Incident, Problem and Change management.
The Application Support Team Lead will look after multiple teams in multiple locations, ensuring the highest levels of service for Fixed Income Clients and applications across Commodities & Futures for Trading, Pricing and Risk management systems.
Key areas of responsibility include people leadership, incident management and escalation experience, owning day-to-day operational support services, driving production stability, reliability and service excellence.
