Your role?
My expertise and day to day activities are in Business development and the growth of Sterlings. As well as the day to day running of the business.

I am obsessed and passionate about the Sterlings brand and culture and creating an environment for people to thrive.

We have come a long way from where we started.  And I am proud of where we are today and how we have got here and the rollercoaster recruitment ride throughout!

Interests?
When I am not immersed in everything family life with my 2 amazing children Luca  & Blake . I am either suffering watching Crystal Palace under-deliver, eating out, pretending I am still young by going to music gigs, or in the gym not really doing a lot.

Quirky fact?
I’ll do the best Ronan Keating impression after a vodka diet coke (bit of fresh lime). Canterbury Pop Idol 2003 runner-up .
