I won and now manage a few of our larger clients at Sterlings and remain 100% hands-on with delivery (both contract and permanent). I tend to focus my time on more senior hires these days and have completed several searches for heads of engineering, heads of data and heads of product with FTSE clients. I am passionate about ethical recruitment, what you see is what you get from me, no fluff or sales tactics, just honest opinions and market info developed during my 20 years in the business. I like to think my long standing clients work with me because they know I deliver quality results in a fair and friendly way.

Golf, skiing, football (just about still playing), eating out, video games, cars and holidays with the family.

I collect trainers (mostly air max 1 if you’re interested) and I also prefer cats over dogs (not sorry).
