Your role?
As well as being the COO, I am still very much hands-on from a recruitment perspective which I still really enjoy, leading the Technology delivery team and managing some of Sterlings key clients.

I have been with the company for over 10 years, and one of my greatest achievements is helping and seeing how Sterlings has organically grown to where we are today.

Interests?
An Arsenal season ticket holder for my sins, also passionate about food (mainly eating!) as well as trying to keep fit at the gym.

Quirky fact?
My specialty dish is chicken in cornflakes (originally a Canadian recipe!)
