As the adoption of the ServiceNow platform continues to grow and the tool is used more heavily, they will need this person to be involved in both development and support duties, with lots of room for growth and development as the ServiceNow application function expands. The Application support person will be responsible for BAU /Triage, 1st /2nd line support to ensure high availability of supported applications for internal and external customers. The team also manage upgrades / patching to ensure supported software is in place.

The Application Support Team Lead will look after multiple teams in multiple locations, ensuring the highest levels of service for Fixed Income Clients and applications across Commodities & Futures for Trading, Pricing and Risk management systems.
