    Salesforce Administrator

    An award-winning financial technology company is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join the team that helps to deliver modern technology solutions, with their wider technology team building flexible microservices architecture to keep them at the forefront of technology.

    This Salesforce Administrator position is looking for somebody that has worked in a similar capacity to customize and configure the Salesforce platform. A passion for technology is key, as a desire to grow and develop is part of the ethos of the company.

    You will be:

    • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
    • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
    • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
    • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.

    Your experience:

    • Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
    • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
    • Within your team you will be responsible for helping define requirements, direction and ultimately developing high quality features for those products.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent problem solving skills

    This is a contract position based in Bath, operating on a hybrid work setup.
