Linux Engineer:
A leading Financial Services company in the city of London is seeking a Linux Engineer to be part of the Infrastructure Operations and Engineering team that support over 700 systems running RHEL v6 & v7 on a mix of physical servers and virtual machines running on VMware.
This person will provide day to day Operational production support, incident management and routine maintenance for the Linux infrastructure, covering all aspects of Linux system administration.

This is a permanent role based in London, operating on shift patterns covering 7:00-18:00 Monday- Friday.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity becuase they are really looking for someone with experience of bringing presales structure and process, to influence and hold people accountable during the presale process to prospective clients. This position would be the Lead Presales person for EMEA.

You will have to have previous experience of presales - specifically for derivatives solutions for buy-side clients. You will therefore have proven experience of product demos, proof of concepts, RFI's/RFP's, helping to close out sales pipeline - through detailed understanding of derivatives software used by Asset Managers or Hedge Funds and the real business problems that the software solves.

This is an exciting time to join them. They are embarking on setting-up a presales function from scratch globally, starting from their global HQ in London. So you will be the first onboard to help with the sales effort of closing prospects and pipeline utilising your fantastic POC capabilities, product knowledge, and functional understanding of the regulatory reporting requirements that European Banks face. Secondly, you will be helping to form the presales blue-print and structure around presale client engagement through to close.
You will have previous experience of (ideally) regulatory reporting presales aligned to either Capital Reporting or Liquidity Reporting, or experience of working in capital or liquidity reporting consulting/management consulting for a consultancy firm who can transition into RegTech presales. Alternatively you may be working in product or implementation and wanting to make the move into strategic client acquisition and presales.
A Bank in central London is currently seeking a Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst, with solid database skills to join their EMEA technology team.
The Business Analyst will perform typical BA duties, such as capturing and managing functional and non-functional requirements, as well as leverage these business and technical resources and knowledge to challenge and refine requirements. The Business Analysts in the team adhere to team duties relating to specified project management methodology such as agile culture, agile development, etc.
From a technical perspective this person will work with upstream teams to ensure the delivery of data points required for the Regulatory suite of applications and undertake analytical work as directed, including data mining and gap analysis.
