Third Party Risk Management Specialist (VP) - Financial Services
A Bank in the City of London is currently seeking a Third Party Risk Management Specialist to join their team in London
This person will be responsible for maintaining robust procedural controls to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, whilst maintaining and continually improve the Third Party Vendor Management framework
Other main aspects to the position include ensuring vendor risk management policies and procedures are correctly adopted and applied, as well as building relationships and consults with stakeholders to ensure the business controls and mitigates vendor risk effectively to meet regulatory requirements
The TPRM Specialist will also provide oversight and challenge to the 1st line defense for supplier on-boarding requests and supplier performance reviews

Functional / Technical Competencies:
*Demonstrable knowledge of Vendor Risk Management
* Significant experience of builidng relationships with stakeholders

A Financial Services Company is currently seeking a Dynamics CRM Architect to join their Technology department.
The Dynamics Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Dynamics solutions across the company. Key duties will include creating designs that will be utilising Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and wider Microsoft Azure capabilities that have been implemented within the estate.
The Architect will also be actively involved in supporting the wider business community in the delivery on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and providing oversite and guidance within the Dynamics Centre of Excellence (CoE) where guidance is sought.
This person will also be actively involved in supporting the stakeholders through their business transformation providing guidance and options allowing for them to make good, informed decisions.
Experience;
- Experience in Microsoft technology; experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power Application.
- Technical knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics "Customer Service", "Sales" and "Marketing" products.
- Lead solution design and architecture sessions with the project and development teams to align witArchitecture.
- Good technical knowledge of the lower-level aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including but exclusively plugins, the use of the Dynamics 365 SDK and good development practices around these areas.

Senior Salesforce Developer - FInancial Services
A Financial Services Company, based in the City of London, is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their EMEA Technology team.
The Salesforce Software Developer will be involved in the implementation of software development efforts on the application, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing and debugging, as well as managing their timelines and producing technical documentation.
The Developer will also work closely with the business teams to maintain the Cloud Lending Originate and Sales Cloud suite implemented on the force.com platform.
This will involve developing custom solutions to extend the suite's functionality. This may involve discussing trade-offs with other teams, such as the terms of the configuration versus the code in place or mapping the functional requirements to existing functionality.
The developer will also collaborate with corporate Enterprise Architecture teams to create technical plans and strategies as well as design, document, and implement specific initiatives to improve business processes.
Key Skills
- Ability to develop functionality using the Salesforce Platform Languages: Lightning Components (LWC), Apex and SOQL.
- Experience using programming languages: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON
- Knowledge of configuring declarative tools such as flows, validation rules, dynamic forms, sharing settings, permission sets, custom metadata types and profiles.
- Experience Cloud Sites development.
- Knowledge using development tools such Salesforce CLI and Visual Studio Code.
- Use of tools such as Git (GitLab) and Jenkins for source control and continuous integration.
