Service Delivery Manager
Sterlings are partnered with a leading Financial Services organisation that are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to maximise the ongoing performance of their cross-functional software engineering teams, ensuring predictability, visibility, collaboration and high quality.
This person will run delivery ceremonies, establish project backlogs, produce estimates, support forecasting and budgeting, and deliver commitments to the business on-time while minimising risks and surprises. They will thoroughly understand software engineering principles and methodologies, and how to utilise them effectively within a fast-paced and highly regulated business environment.
Working closely with technology teams and stakeholders across the business, this person must be able to liaise and influence effectively across these different teams. In particular, the tech team will have a focus on deliverables around continuous improvement of API/ AWS/ integration of services.
You will have:
- Proven experience in leading high-performing software development teams.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and different delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Experience with traditional project management practices such as estimation, budgeting, resource allocation, scope management, change management, risk management, escalation, etc.
- Some previous experience Financial Services
- Good understanding of software development technologies.
- Proven, strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, email and informal discussions.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines.
This is a permanent role based in Wimbledon with hybrid working setup.

A Financial Services Company is currently seeking a Dynamics CRM Architect to join their Technology department.
The Dynamics Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Dynamics solutions across the company. Key duties will include creating designs that will be utilising Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and wider Microsoft Azure capabilities that have been implemented within the estate.
The Architect will also be actively involved in supporting the wider business community in the delivery on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and providing oversite and guidance within the Dynamics Centre of Excellence (CoE) where guidance is sought.
This person will also be actively involved in supporting the stakeholders through their business transformation providing guidance and options allowing for them to make good, informed decisions.
Experience;
- Experience in Microsoft technology; experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power Application.
- Technical knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics "Customer Service", "Sales" and "Marketing" products.
- Lead solution design and architecture sessions with the project and development teams to align witArchitecture.
- Good technical knowledge of the lower-level aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including but exclusively plugins, the use of the Dynamics 365 SDK and good development practices around these areas.

Senior Salesforce Developer - FInancial Services
A Financial Services Company, based in the City of London, is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their EMEA Technology team.
The Salesforce Software Developer will be involved in the implementation of software development efforts on the application, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing and debugging, as well as managing their timelines and producing technical documentation.
The Developer will also work closely with the business teams to maintain the Cloud Lending Originate and Sales Cloud suite implemented on the force.com platform.
This will involve developing custom solutions to extend the suite's functionality. This may involve discussing trade-offs with other teams, such as the terms of the configuration versus the code in place or mapping the functional requirements to existing functionality.
The developer will also collaborate with corporate Enterprise Architecture teams to create technical plans and strategies as well as design, document, and implement specific initiatives to improve business processes.
Key Skills
- Ability to develop functionality using the Salesforce Platform Languages: Lightning Components (LWC), Apex and SOQL.
- Experience using programming languages: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON
- Knowledge of configuring declarative tools such as flows, validation rules, dynamic forms, sharing settings, permission sets, custom metadata types and profiles.
- Experience Cloud Sites development.
- Knowledge using development tools such Salesforce CLI and Visual Studio Code.
