Resilience Testing Analyst

A financial services company is seeking a Resilience Testing Analyst to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the operational resilience testing program. This includes identifying and assessing operational risks, developing, and executing test plans, and reporting on test results that will advise the Risk & Control committees.

This role will be critical in the continued enhancement of the operational resilience testing framework, with the results informing the business of improvements and vulnerabilities that need to be acted upon, and will be crucial in the training of employees to adhere to best practices.

You will:

• Identify and assess operational risks
• Develop and execute test plans
• Report on test results
• Support the development and maintenance of operational resilience documentation
• Work with other teams to ensure that operational resilience is integrated into all aspects of the business
• Identify vulnerabilities within the Service Resilience Strategies for the Businesses Important Business Service
• Facilitate operational resilience exercises and workshops
• Provide training and guidance to employees on operational resilience best practices
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in operational resilience
• Contribute to the development of the company's operational resilience strategy
