LoanIQ Technical SME

An Investment Bank in the City of London is seeking a LoanIQ Technical SME to join the Corporate transaction Technology team to lead the implementation for LoanIQ across EMEA and eventually the US. Therefore this person must have good LoanIQ technical skills, data modelling knowledge, STK skills, as well as some functional knowledge to enable them to data map.

This role is involved in part of the project cycle that has lots of visibility across the business where you will be driving the go-live of the platform in different parts of the business, as well as being involved in BAU duties.

You will:

• Deliver a stable LoanIQ platform through your technical expertise
• Provide input into the system architecture & design of LoanIQ
• Oversee that the business teams are well supported across EMEA.
• Actively work with other Technology teams to ensure consistent and efficient LoanIQ service is provided to downstream systems owners.
• Promote the use of the LoanIQ platform to meet the business needs outside of the EMEA region.
• Work closely with the BAU team to maintain system performance and stability through housekeeping & maintenance initiatives
• Work alongside both business and technical teams to ensure documentation relating to technical design and infrastructure is updated..

Skills and Experience:

• Strong background with LoanIQ Platform & LoanIQ SDK development
• Expertise in underlying Finastra Loan IQ data model and components
• Functional knowledge of Loan products and Loan syndication processes.
• SQL programming skills
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and able to write shell & batch programs
• Expertise understanding of Cloud based solutions
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

This is a hybrid position based in London.
