    Dynamics Software Specialist - Financial Services (Fully Remote)

    A Wealth Management company is currently seeking a Dynamics Software Specialist to join their rapidly-expanding team as the company embarks on a CRM roll-out. The company has previously been using various vendors to manage the Dynamics estate and is now bringing in a specialist team as adoption of the application increases.

    This person will work with and influence all IT disciplines in the overall setup and configuration of Dynamics 365, and so it essential to have previous technical experience in the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions.

    You will:

    • Help with the improvement of the whole CRM strategy across the whole estate, looking at the application lifecycle, system changes, ensuring this does not have a negative impact on other systems.
    • Be involved in current projects, including the improvement of storage and visuals of customer contacts, improvement of operational processes, migration of salesforce.
    • Experience working with Dynamics, from either an Administration, Consulting or starting to move into a more Engineering type position.
    • Make visual changes and write extensions to the Dynamics system to help improve functionality and usability.
    • Have experience in the CRM module (sales, customer service and marketing).
    • Have lots of opportunity for growth and development as the company is heavily investing in the Dynamics tool, with future plans to bring in other Dynamics modules.

    This role is open to fully remote workers based in the UK, or a hybrid setup with the office based in Southampton.
