Business Analyst - Financial Services

A Financial Services organisation in the City of London is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Reference Data team, and across the wider Business and Data Service functions.

The ideal candidate is a team player who will have had some exposure to working in a Financial Services environment. This person will be working in a cross-functional environment with both business and IT stakeholders as part of a Service Team delivering change.

You responsibilities will include:

• Working with key stakeholders of the Service Team to perform BA duties, including capturing use stories, determining acceptance criteria, and story refinement.
• Be able to facilitate various ceremonies to deliver change
• Assist with change management processes and procedures
• Develop a solid working understanding of the organisation's Enterprise Data Model
• Become an SME in Reference Data

Your background will include:

• Good skills in Business Analysis
• Knowledge of Agile techniques and Business Driven Development.
• Experience in a Financial Services environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

This is a permanent position operating on a hybrid work setup of 3 days per week in the office.
