We are operating together to assist in recruiting a Sales Director for the EMEA market. The superior candidate would be able to display a consistent track record of success in originating, negotiating, and closing high-value deals for enterprise-grade, front-office technology solutions to Tier one banks and large financial institutions, preferably including fixed-income products.

One of our Capital Markets FinTech firms, who tackle the derivative markets complexities globally for Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds & Insurers, are looking to add sales seniority to their London commercial team.
You will be covering, but not solely limited to, an EMEA territory working in a relatively small London team of 6 Sales Professionals. You will be reporting directly to the Global Cheif Revenue Officer so there will be lots of internal visibility.
Initially joining as an senior individual contributor and having an annual target (usually between £750k - £1.2M) the aim for this hire is that the successful candidate can step into more of a Player Coach position and take mentorship over the team of new business sales and relationship management. Plan further on from that would be for the successful candidate to head EMEA Sales.
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have enterprise software sales experience to the buy-side expertise and be used to navigating around and winning new logos in Asset Management/Fund Mamanagement/Pension Funds/Insurers/Hedge Funds space.
You will also, ideally, have a very sound understanding capital markets derivatives domain and an appreciation of software in that space that will manage risks and improve operational efficiency.

Base salary: £35,000 - £40,000K
Commission: £15,000 - £20,000K
Our client are the market leader of derivatives management software to global Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. And they are growing, not only their sales and product divisions, but the presales function that works so clsoely in conjunction with them.
This is a particularly exciting opportunity becuase they are really looking for someone with experience of bringing presales structure and process, to influence and hold people accountable during the presale process to prospective clients. This position would be the Lead Presales person for EMEA.

You will have to have previous experience of presales - specifically for derivatives solutions for buy-side clients. You will therefore have proven experience of product demos, proof of concepts, RFI's/RFP's, helping to close out sales pipeline - through detailed understanding of derivatives software used by Asset Managers or Hedge Funds and the real business problems that the software solves.
