    Job Description

    Risk and Regulatory Reporting Specialist:

    A leading FinTech Company is currently seeking a Risk and Regulatory Reporting Specialist to assist the Professional Services team in client-facing implementations. They provide a specialist product that provides clients with end-to-end regulatory reporting solutions across multiple jurisdictions including Capital & Liquidity Reporting, ESG, Market Risk and Credit Risk.

    The Risk and Regulatory Reporting Specialist will work closely with the Project Managers, Engineering team, and Functional/Technical consultants to lead the architecture, development, and expansion of the portfolio of reports in partnership with the product team. They will keep in constant contact with the client throughout the delivery lifecycle.

    You will:

    • Have strong knowledge of regulatory reporting, specifically across Capital & Liquidity Reporting (CRD, CRR, LCR, NSFR etc).
    • Define business requirements and support clients with data mapping
    • Be the SME in one area of regulatory reporting and stay on top of regulatory changes by communicating with clients and other experts in the industry.
    • Support the Customer Success team by providing SME input to client queries under BAU conditions
    • Develop and enhance documentation and training materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Mentor and educate junior Business Analysts and Engineers with your regulatory knowledge.
    • Elevate the company's presence in the regulatory space and work alongside the Sales and Marketing teams in presentations and events.

    You will have:

    • A strong understanding of regulations (CRR / IFR in Europe) with subject matter expertise in at least one of the main reporting areas: capital, liquidity, leverage, balance sheet, credit risk, market risk etc.
    • Previous experience in a client-facing role and excellent stakeholder management skills.
    • Deep banking product understanding (Loans, Securities, Derivatives, etc.)
    • Experience working with financial data, data mapping and analysis.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
    • Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines.
    • Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Experience working with software solutions in the regulatory space.

    This is a remote position.
